Bytes Technology Group PLC announced Tuesday that its performance continued to be strong through the first half of fiscal 2021 and that CFO Keith Richardson plans to retire.
The UK software, security and cloud services specialist said cash collections remained very strong for the six months ended August 31.
“For the first half of the year, the group saw gross profit percentage growth in the low tens and adjusted operating profit growth in the high tens, it said.
With respect to Mr. Richardson’s retirement, the company said that Chief Operating Officer Andrew Holden will assume the current CFO role, effective immediately, until a successor is identified.
