Joe Manning, Chief Marketing and Technology Officer at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties, has been named Head of Marketing 2021 by HousingWire. Manning sees challenges as opportunities for growth. Even his current title as Chief Marketing Technology Officer came from the idea of trying to do as much service as possible. He acts as an extension of his customers, his executives and the brand he represents. Manning leads a team of marketers, designers, communicators and technology support professionals that he coined the term “MarTech”. In addition to the tools for agent success, he has also doubled in client security and encryption. “If the customer is satisfied, so are the agents,” explains Manning. Last year has been a roller coaster ride, but under his leadership, his team has had four times the average speed of product launches and initiatives.
