How RETSY Became Phoenix’s Fastest Growing Technology-Based Brokerage In Under A Year

At 18 Chris Morrison bought his first home in Phoenix, Arizona. That was the prelude to retsys the founding partner’s passion for residential real estate and a very successful career in sales. Morris had discovered by accident that he loved real estate. “I was at Arizona State University working in a golf shop when I bought my first home,” recalls Morrison. “I loved looking for houses and looking at them. 21 years later and after decades as one of Phoenix’s top brokers, Morrison partnered with several leading agents in the Phoenix area last October to create RETSY, a technology broker. RETSY currently has 62 top producers in three offices. “We focus on getting our agents to sell about $ 10 million or more a year.
