FLINT, Mich. (WYRT) – 6/27/21 – The LatinX Technology and Community Center had reason to celebrate this weekend.
Their 20th anniversary took place in Flint on Saturday.
The celebration had music, food and dancing inspired by Latin American culture. The Flint Rep Theater gave wall tours and a professional salsa dancer was introduced.
The LatinX Technology and Community Center on Lewis Street was founded in 2001 to fill the technology gap for the Latin American community in the east of the city.
