Technology support desk

Westfield State University’s Technology Support Desk is a comprehensive campus service provider for academic and administrative support. We are the technology partner for all members of the university community. With our commitment to collaboration and innovation, we strive to enhance all teaching, learning and service efforts and align their activities and services closely with the mission and strategic plan of the university. Our goal is to provide suitable hardware, software and services through the use of existing and new information technologies. The Technology Support Desk team respects, anticipates and reacts to the technological needs and expectations of all campus members and is committed to providing the highest level of customer service.
